Gill Pegg

Gill Pegg is a seasoned accounting professional whose journey began in 2011 when she made the bold decision to move to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories from Ontario in pursuit of her calling. What started as an exploratory venture soon transformed into a passion for accounting when Gill found herself immersed in finance and bookkeeping responsibilities at her first job. Intrigued by the intricacies of financial management, Gill's dedication and aptitude quickly propelled her into deeper accounting duties across all three companies owned by her employer.

Recognizing an innate talent and passion for the business, Gill embarked on a journey to formalize her skills, obtaining a diploma in Accounting & Payroll from Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario. Gill returned to Yellowknife, where she resumed her role with her initial employer. As her expertise continued to evolve, Gill ventured into the realm of entrepreneurship while providing contract bookkeeping and accounting, managing a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries. It was during this time that Gill discovered her niche for working with non-profits and small businesses and a passion to leverage her skills for the betterment of these organizations.

In 2023, Gill transitioned from Canada's north to Edmonton, Alberta, further expanding her business consulting practice. Recognizing complementary strengths and shared business synergies, Gill merged her enterprise with Westbridge Ventures Canada LP in March 2024. Now assuming the role of Partner and Director of Financial Services, Gill brings her extensive experience to bear, overseeing financial operations for a diverse portfolio of corporate and non-profit entities.
